I salvaged the pieces, bought some Dr. Schol&#039;s insoles and cut them to fit.  She remarked how much more comfortable they are.  If they aren&#039;t binding your toes, they should be the right size.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

I&#039;d suggest a split sole since you&#039;ll spend alot of time up on your toes. Search for &#34;clogging shoes&#34; in your area and you might have better luck. You&#039;ll also want to make sure you order them in black since the standard color will be white.&lt;br&gt;
Also once you start getting into faster steps put a piece of duct tape just behind the front tap for a little extra grip so you can really exaggerate your steps.&lt;/div&gt;</description>
