About All Irish Dance

All Irish Dance (formerly Munster Academy of Dance) is an award-wining not-for-profit organisation with a social mission to tackle social isolation and loneliness for those most affected namely older adults, and people with physical, cognitive, and/or sensory disabilities and conditions.

We do this by embracing the inclusive, adaptive and community aspects of the Irish céilí dance tradition to connect people of all ages, levels and abilities in local communities and care settings, creating a sense of belonging, purpose, identity and community among all those who take part.

We specialise in the provision of first-of-a-kind evidence-based training empowering people (with or without prior experience) with the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead our inclusive adaptive céilí dance activities for all ages, all levels and all abilities in local communities and care settings, we also offer one-off workshops and are regularly invited to speak at national and international conferences and events on the topic of inclusive adaptive céilí. Contact us at allirishdance1@gmail.com for more information.
